All good I think I'm ordering now which should i choose?? 2012 or the 2016?? this is mainly for jarvee only and maybe some quick recording (for customers pleasure).

How does it work with upgrading? If I get the 2gb VPS, and decide I want to upgrade? Do I nee to move all my stuff from the VPS to the other one? OR can you just allocate more resource without me having to move anything?

Your data will remain the same :D However, we will need to shutdown your VPS in order to allocate more resources to it! Sometimes if the current server your VPS is on is full, we will need to move your VPS to another server as well, but that should take less than 30 mins - 1 hours depends on how large your data is!

Complete noob here, when I try and buy it asks for a hostname. Do I just make up a random one? I'm confused by the fact it says I need to add example: domain.com

You can add any of your domain i don't it very important but i have added my domain name as hostname. I think it for just remember :) OP can help in this much better but i think its ok if you put any domain name if you haven't one of yours
 
Just logged into my vps and I am astonished by the quality of service and the time it took to set up. Highly recommended.
 
I'd like to run .NET 4 app, selenium chrome driver with couple active tabs, any experience ? Service seems interesting.

It would work just fine! :D All .NET framework versions have been preinstalled on my VPS as well as C ++ Redist.

You can get a VPS and try out! If it's not working for your need, simply request a refund and I will proceed it within 24 hours ;)
