Now head to circular.io where you'll be scheduling these tweets so you can tweet from unlimited twitter accounts. It's awesome and free. Go to circular, log in with your twitter account and connect extra accounts too. Now go to settings, set your time zone to your country. Then "posting schedule" where you can setup your tweets EVERY 15 MINUTES. .

People on Twitter are on their phones and usually just passing time for a brief moment. They're not sitting on their ass and ready to buy. This will likely fail for most niches.

If you can get creative and offer something to them for free in exchange for an email, then this could be a good investment of time.

If you think you're going to sell your bullshit Aliexpress items on there, forget it.

Okay, troubles I ran into trying this:

Right off the bat circular.io had a problem with the API so it wouldn't connect. Tried it with twittimer, which allows only 1 acct for free. However, twitter flagged my tweet as spam and wouldn't let me post it no matter what, I verified the acct and did a recaptcha challenge, no good either.

The nowadays problem with twitter is that you need a cellular number for account and in Spain that means give all your data (ID card copy) to the state. And recently Twitter is banning a lot of automated accounts (I have been banned only for linking accounts to ifttt)
We are on level 4 of terrorism alert, that means that buying a big number of phone sims and registering that could put you on Police radar.
Virtual Verification methods don't work fine in Spain (at least by my recent experiences)
