Just in case anyone is fooled, those number (8 hours ago, etc) are from when he visited the site last, through google. This has nothing to do with how long ago google indexed anything.

I've heard good things about socialmarker and submitting to multiple sites.

Of course if you are bookmarking on a large scale, nothing is a great as bookmarking demon.
