Why no customers give feedback in amazon india only 3 4 person given rating but not feedback . what should i do i had mailed everybody for feedback but no one is giving feedback

Give a bunch of people your product free in return for feedback

People will shout out if something is brilliant, wonderful and blows their mind. OR if it's a pile of crap, over priced and they feel ripped off.

Generally if it does what they want and at a fair price, they just don't bother.

How many times have you bought something in a local store then gone back to tell the store manager it was an ok product ?

Never do this mate. Offering huge discounts, Messaging / Mailing customers, Asking your friends and family circle to give feedback and ratings is something not advised because such activities are considered biased by Amazon.

Your buyers are not giving feedback is different thing, but when you ask them to post a good positive review, you are putting yourself on a risk of getting restrictions from Amazon.

Try to list your product in Amazon early reviewer program. It helps.

Odds say you get 1 review for every 100 sales.

If you manipulate and get more than that amazon will
Flag your account , because they know it’s super unlikely for you to get 5+ reviews on 100 sales .

Asking for positive review ? Is it against policy why ?

The others are buying fake reviews,Lets take a example when you call a customer care no of any company do you ever write a feedback about them even when they send you mail and msg.

Amazon has a threshold limit for both buyers and sellers. Specially for fresh listings, this limit is very low. Check this out

Till now we are not 100% accurate about the line of control between appropriate behavior vs non TOS compliant behavior. We are still unsure which activity can put the buyers or sellers at risk of suspension. After Amazon flushed out incentivized reviews in Oct 2016, it started ripping off top reviewers if suspected that they do not comply with the changes. There is a list of purged accounts on reddit which gets updated almost daily about the reviewers loosing all their reviews. I have also lost my 8 top buyers in past 2 months due to this new algo change. Their accounts got purged overnight.

So, my suggestion will be to stay careful. Don't try aggressive approach for gaining reviews. Your product will gain traction even with the sales count. If one unhappy customer will post a negative review, it is possible that 2 happy ones will also post their experience. You have to wait for that.
