The Most Useful Machine Learning or AI Software For Digital Marketing

What have you found to be the most useful Machine Learning or AI software for digital marketing so far?

I have read a few articles and a few different product descriptions, but I'm still curious to hear any testimonials/reviews on what is currently available on the market.

Most of what I have seen are systems which deliver highly detailed analytics and recommendations. And I want to use the best (most detailed, thorough and sophisticated) on the market. That way I can know that I am using one of the most cutting edge tools available.

I like the concept of machine learning and content, as it would make the lives of editors easier.

The only one that I know that's around is wordai. Some other members like this software, so I'd say give it a go.

A bit off topic, but here's the most useless AI story in Digital Marketing (if not outright a scam):
TheGrid. Promised to automatically create beautiful websites, by analysing the copy and images you throw at it.
Ever since that experience, anyone who says AI or machine learning to me gets my "Fast profit with a new coin" look

Ok, first of all, there is no true AI as many always see it. Artifical intelligence = at this point more like supervised ML.
It is still a nice hype and people love to see AI here and there, but do not understand that if you want specific systems you will need to do the training or almost (well actually pretty much all) systems will just be worthless.
Have you thought about why Google/IBM etc. have not had a true AI chatbot yet? They'd sell it like hotcakes, but they just do not have that close to that stage yet. Play around with these and see that most what it is, are decisions trees paired with ML. Many promise to combine AI/ML for content writing/grammar checks etc. but please test them and see how much they suck at simple stuff yet cost more than a simple spinner or grammarly etc.

I guess you could use ML to sort images and stuff like that. Anything about IM will require massive amounts of data, so ML by itself won't help unless you got big machines and tons of data. Just my 2 cents about ML, I haven't found real use for it yet.

Seems decent for written content, but I am more after highly detailed analytics, user tracking, pattern recognition, etc.

I agree it is not as advanced as some would like to believe. Simply put, I'm really just looking to see if something is on the market that is a little more sophisticated and detailed than Facebook's Business Analytics. I'm not looking for a system that'll completely automate all tasks.

I've enjoyed all replies so far. I'm sorry if I am confusing, I realize now that using the words AI or Machine Learning can make for loaded/misleading questions.

Ultimately, I am looking for advanced data analytics software. Think like Facebook's current Analytics, but more detailed, maybe recommendations, more thorough when recognizing patterns, etc. I realize that some people would not classify this as machine learning (and I completely understand that it isn't true AI.)

Without *massive* amounts of data, AI and ML are worthless.

If you train your model using little data, it's gona make all sorts of mistakes.

Yes, but take Facebook or Google for instance. They store the data themselves and give users analytic reports. Everytime we check an ad campaign's performance we don't have to download all the data that Facebook or Google has. We simply just get a report. This is all I'm after. It could be something that utilizes data from Facebook or Google, but ideally it would give much more detail.

Oh so you're not doing any ML or AI then. You're getting already digested data from the big guys. Of course Google can tell you if your photo contains a dog, but you won't be able to train any models with that info, because your model will not contain the data that Google used to determine it was a dog. Gettit? So this question isn't about AI or ML, but about consuming them from the big guys.
