Service Highlights​

• The site was very well done with monetization in places that made sense to me.
• There are multiple ways to monetize this sort of site.
• There was almost nothing for me to do once the site was handed over.
• The site was delivered quickly as he has them in stock.

What Could Use Improvement​

Pretty minor thing but the themes and plugins do not autoupdate. I had to update some plugins and themes when the site was handed over but took all of 45 seconds.

Additional Information​

You'll need to add your own monetization to the sites as that is not part of the offer but any smart IMer is going to test to see what will generate the most revenue anyway.

I think the pricing is very good considering that all you have to do is to add your monetization methods and drive traffic.

You can resell the website if you would like, or the service. Once you purchase the website it is your product, so you can do with it as you wish. You will be the owner and have full control.

Yes of course, you do not have to have the support, domain, hosting, etc. The content is yours and you can do with it what you would like. However, the price is the same so personally I'd recommend taking advantage of everything that comes with the package. Up to you though!

The only ones that we have now are listed on the website, I'm not sure about pairing with a keyword affiliate tool but our tool does pull in content from other sources. You could set that content to go into draft mode, and then use whatever tool you're talking about to change the document then post. That would be something you would need to setup however.
