myshopify domain + custom domain

Hey guys,
When you first start your shop on shopify, a domain is created (yourshop.myshopify.com), you can't disable it, it is always up.
I've added my custom domain but now there is 2 domains showing the same content.
How do SE bots will choose which one to use primarly ?
Isn't duplicate content ?
