My question is if I ranked or in process of ranking my 1st blog post ( wordpress blog post ) and now I want to add my 2nd post's link in my 1st post.
So
Will it be effect on 1st post's in terms of SEO ?

You mean internal linking, right? Adding one of your website's post link to other is good. It's called internal linking and it is good for seo. And there will be no negative effect on any of your post. Just make sure to publish your second blog post.
