What's the best method to creating high quality videos?

I'm looking for non-english text to speech with beautiful visuals and a slideshow.

Do I have to record the voice from a robot and mix the video manually or is there newer software out that's not mentioned in the first post?

I am creating meaningful videos. My videos comes with great content and its about helping entrepreneurs. I dont think I can create 100s of videos quickly. I am thinking to buy your software but then I will be targetting low search volume keywords. I am thinking it will waste my video as if i keep building meaningful content , my videos will automatically rank for higher search volume keywords. Can you comment ?

Good videos not worth a lot if they don't rank good, so that's why my tools help you, to choose the best keywords for them, so they will rank good on Youtube (and sometimes on Google too)

Its rank for Youtube not for Google, but sometimes you can see your video on Google too.
