Yes, it is. If the campaign is not approved the ad account will survive if it has a solid trail of good advertising history and spending activity, otherwise it chances are high it will be flagged for violating their advertising policies.

Based in the EU. You'll be able to access the ad account from anywhere since it comes with its proxy.

What do you mean "accept" gambling?

Gambling remains prohibited on ALL ad accounts unless authorized. So it will always be high-risk.

As far as attaching your card, usually this is not an issue. But there are always edge cases.

You have a point thou..

The account gets banned for a reason. It is either you promote prohibited stuff or you are in the FB black list for some reasons and you can't do anything about it.

In my case I'm in a second bunch. I'v invested and built an ecommerce business where I sell both original goods and replicas. In my country replicated goods are everywhere and nobody gets in trouble for selling them especially if you state clearly that they are not original. Because of its popularity I used to get the best cpa on replicated goods. It took me a year and dozens of flagged accounts to realize that it is not a long term business and I switched to whitehat. I've tried to open new accounts and go clean but I couldnt get back on track ever since. I even had someone from FB marketing partner to get some info regarding my website and they said it is blacklisted, even though they didnt state a clear reason.

So I would pay 500 for the account to somebody who proves me wrong.

Anyway, I added Mr. Tokyo to skp and hope he can prove me wrong.
