Yes, it is possible to get results very fast but on average it takes longer (few weeks).

Thanks! I think the key is the content/ UI of your website, focus on making your website as good as you possibly can and then get some of these juicy links pointing to your site.
In regards to anchor texts, I mainly use LSI keywords around my 5 primary keywords, this gives a nice natural spread of anchors. Ask @tiiberius for some help if you get stuck. All the best!

We have a few clients going after non-English keywords including German, yes.
All sites on our network are high TF.
Why are you after TF specifically tho?
