Hey Jauser, although we do not have an option to split bandwidth or set a limit on each device you can use the same account with as many users as you want.
Also, have in mind that we do not support reselling of our proxies.

I've been using Smartproxy.io for a few days so far and I am very impressed with the success rate (for a new site I made, heyfollow.app - that does instagram automation).
I've used Blazingseo, Highproxies and a couple others which worked sometimes but eventually had a lot of trouble with not being able to do all actions (esp. liking) and for some I would have to constantly re-verify which was a huge problem for me when trying to expand and get a lot of users on my site. No need to do that with Smartproxy. Even if sometimes you have to re-verify after a while, it's ONCE. Not an endless loop of "Was this you?" from Instagram.
The speed is okay, not as fast as dedicated proxies but varies as the proxies rotate.
Definitely a fair trade-off for not having to worry about dud proxies (suppressed by instagram).
All in all, I am very happy with the service and will be continuing to use it.

We need an option to keep the IP for a longer duration. For instance, if you get a new ip on each request your bot is making when creating accounts for a service, that's not good. Your IP is changing 3-5 times before the account even gets created. And for me, when this is happening my accounts are getting banned because of it.
I need to be able to either A. Use the IP for a longer duration or B. Allow us to be able to fetch an IP in the same city. So the ips aren't bouncing from Miami, FL to Buffalo, NY, then to San Francisco, CA..

You can choose other option, which is - Sticky IP session. With sticky IP session, your IP will remain the same for up to 5 minutes which is enough time to create an account.

It's not enough time, cause the ip has to stay the same as you use the account. If the ip switches to another state they ban the account..
