Good morning to you all,

I wish to seek your help regarding the discovery of an Email Service Provider that will allow me to use and upload purchased lists like over 1000 emails without getting blacklisted ?

Do any of you have any names ? Even if the ESP allows 100 emails per day each and replace it the day after that would still be good for me !

Even any of you has an answer to this i would be deeply greateful !

This is realy important to me. Thank you to much in advance to anybody who might bring up suggestions and help of any kind !

In case of subscribing to the services of ESPs, you would need to have a list of verified emails with active consent. After the implementation of GDPR, they have upgraded their terms and have taken even more strict measure to ensure that they don't become part of processing any data without the consent of the owner.

You’re gonna have a hard time finding an ESP that will allow 3rd party data. Especially after the GDPR.
I guess you could try uploading it in very small portions, but you will most likely end up getting you account suspended either way.

Let's say i try to upload today 50 emails and send it to them, and tomorrow i delete this list and i replace it with a new one, and so on everyday ! Will that get my account suspended ? If so can that go any higher and cause also a blacklist ?

I have used https://www.aweber.com for a long time and all they want to know is how did you acquire the list (so they know if the people on the list know what all these is about, why they are going to be contacted and if the info will be relevant) and how long has it been since the people on the list was contacted all these with the goal to reduce their spam complains, if your list is good, the product is relevant you wont have problems if you bought the list or not because you wont have spam complains on the other hand even if you created the list yourself but it has been a long time since you contact them, the product is not relevant or it does not work you will have a lot of complains and your account will be terminated.

Thank you, that's very good to know !

I created the list myself, it's an accurate one of potential clients. However i don't think the way i gathered them will be approved by Aweber, so if i say that i got them from Facebook will that pass ? Do they ask for some kind of proof ?

In my case i never contacted those lists, so through Aweber for example it will be the first time, knowing those facts will they approve the import/send to the list ?

You might try Lemlist. It is a gmail-based service and I've sent out campaigns to scraped emails before. Used them for a few months now and I've been pleased.

Is not about the blacklist is about the GDPR :)
I think it's always about the blacklist because iwth or without the GDPR the domain name or the ip can always goes down so the blacklist always in question ! Wouldn't you agree ?

Thank you for your suggestions, Have you tried these tools ?

Does Tutanota allow you to upload your own list? I have a list 100k sub that i wish to use, But I am not going to pay mailchimp yet since i am not making profit lol

I am also interested in this question.

It was my mistake, i recommended tutanota when this is just a mailbox and its limit is 100 emails per hour per account.

But if you intention to send mass emails, i recommend sendpulse and to avoid payment, you can use your sendpulse referrals service.

It is almost impossible not to end up on some blacklist when sending to a purchased list. The key is to find an ESP that understands the business of sending to purchased lists and won't kick you out if this happens. I have been using Hotsol Email Marketing to send to my purchased lists.

Try Clickback.

Have you checked the Marketplace here? I'm pretty sure I saw a service offering what you want.
