Can blocking a website in USA affect the traffic?

Hi mates,

I have a problem. I've blocked my website in USA (when users in USA click on my site they see just a blank page) but it seems that it affects my traffic. For 8 months I see almost 0 improvements in my traffic. I have strong links and good content but almost no traffic. With other sites which are not blocked in USA I don't have any problems.

I've linked google analytics with webmaster and analitycs shows me that in total I have only 1k keywords but with all content which I have I gotta have at least 4-5k keywords.

If some of you had an experience of managing a websites when it's blocked in USA please give me ur advises. Maybe I'm wrong. But I 80% sure that blocking a website in USA cause me these problems.

The US provides a large amount of traffic through search so I would say yes, it will affect your website traffic a lot.

My target location is Europe, China and Australia. As I mentioned above I gotta have at least 4-5k keywords and I have only 1K. It seems that blocking the website in USA somehow slows or stops generating keywords
