[Goal 2018] Build a Pornsite

Hey BHWers,

I'm from India and I've just decided that I'll build a pornsite and will start everything for it in this upcoming month.
I've selected videos which will only point out to my niche right now I want to build niche specific then after this, I'll try for a huge website.

So in India, it is kind of very hard (Wikipedia) but can we use VPN or any other technique?
Please let know if we can.

Also was thinking to have physical server room at home so please comment whether it's a real thing or I should just go for high-speed servers, please mention the names for them too.

Right now just collecting information and for sure I'll update this post for others.
