i used all most all proxy & vpn but failed to pay .. proxy ip is blacklisted due to this payment failed or return to merchant error

That’s mainly because I created my original account when I was in Ohio, and created other accounts when I was in France and even where I’m currently living without issues

Just don’t push it, leave them for some days, especially if it’s a new account. Remember to avoid F&F transactions whenever possible as they raise red flags when they’re used too much

Hello everyone i used this same method to make a US paypal account and also i got my paypal limited 2 times and and i used secondeye solution to resolve it.I received about $1300 in total to my paypal account. I used this account for about 1 and a half month without a problem and today paypal closed my account permenently.. The only thing i did wrong was not using a premium VPN service to cover my location...

I've used the fake name generator for other dummy accounts before, never had the need to do it with PayPal (thank god Im american). I definitely see this being useful for those of you who are from a country where paypal is not allowed. I don't think I'll ever need to do this for myself, but its good to know how if the necessity arises. Great post!

If I get this right, it's fine not to use a vpn as long as you're ready to keep verifying your phone, but using a usa vpn or proxy saves you from that. Right?

Use a business account and people won’t be able to see your real name
