Dingtone doesn't work for UK number. I paid $11.98 for 1 year. It cannot receive SMS from PayPal. I just waste my money.

So a follow up on my new US account after creating it. I've used it for a week now. Received around $250 in micro payments from all over the globe. All of them via friends and family with no fees (It feels so good). I expected to pay fees when I cashed out and sent the money to my real South America paypal account but I paid no fees, I also used friends and family and that's it. I'm incredibly happy, my hobby is a little bit more profitable because of this guide.

How did you overcome this hold after $3000 transaction? Using secondeye's solutions?
Btw, what type of IP service do you prefer to use for long lasting accounts with large amount of monthly transactions?

I used skipe which cost $12 quarterly, I wish I know dingtone back then

btw I like to add some withdraw methods i was using back then

since you have "some documents", you should make virtual or real bank account with that documents or at least reloadable card
you can withdraw your fund from your paypal to bank account/reloadable card without raising any flag

to withdraw:
you can get reloadable physical card and easliy withdrawfrom ATM
withdraw from bank/card to western union
register coinbase account with that documents, convert it to bitcoin send it to your bulk addresses and sell it on changer <-- personal recommendation, stealthy af

If you live outside stealth account registered country, set up forwarding service like shipito, usa2me, viabox, etc to receive physical card

I don't know is it just me or you get it too?. When you reach $3000 in transactions, Paypal will ask you for verification again. I get this all in my Paypal accounts

Try a debit visa card

I had to request a ban for medical reasons (to stay away from the forum)

i used all most all proxy & vpn but failed to pay .. proxy ip is blacklisted due to this payment failed or return to merchant error

You can, as long as you’re not doing something suspicious. Paypal will constantly ask you to verify your phone number, but that isn’t a problem considering that you’ll be getting a fully functioning American Paypal account
