I heard you just have to add a VCC not a mobile number and its verified.
Is it true ? US and EU PayPal are complicated

Paypal will ask you for a phone number upon registration and will keep asking you for phone verification whenever you login afterwards (if you’re not using a us proxy)

when you got vps you can be in any country in the world .

you can use a proper sim card as well as online services .

I used skipe which cost $12 quarterly, I wish I know dingtone back then

btw I like to add some withdraw methods i was using back then

since you have "some documents", you should make virtual or real bank account with that documents or at least reloadable card
you can withdraw your fund from your paypal to bank account/reloadable card without raising any flag

to withdraw:
you can get reloadable physical card and easliy withdrawfrom ATM
withdraw from bank/card to western union
register coinbase account with that documents, convert it to bitcoin send it to your bulk addresses and sell it on changer <-- personal recommendation, stealthy af

If you live outside stealth account registered country, set up forwarding service like shipito, usa2me, viabox, etc to receive physical card

I don't know is it just me or you get it too?. When you reach $3000 in transactions, Paypal will ask you for verification again. I get this all in my Paypal accounts

I trade Steam Games, my transactions are incredibly small and high on frequency. I created the account yesterday and have already had 26 transactions, all of them receiving payments, none larger than $20. I haven't bought or sent any payments yet.

I can give as a background that I live in South America. Have another paypal account. Have never used a VPN. I'm doing this entirely to bypass paying 30 cents + 6% fees for transactions that can sometimes be a few pennies. My plan is to send money to my real account every time I reach $200. I am not planning on withdrawing money using a fake name or something crazy like that.

I was able to get free US number from Dingtone and verified.
U need to have credits above 10 or activity on the dingtone account to retain the number.
