You should consider you made a mistake somewhere, and/or did too much activity all at once (especially if it was not 'aged'). Perhaps you used an IP that Paypal doesn't like (won't service that country) or that it already cookied or associates your PC with another account, etc. You could always consider buying an already prepared stealth account (like a business account) that already has the verifying documents.

Some vendors deliver such accounts with a zipped folder of a Firefox portable browser on which the account was created, meaning Paypal already cookied the browser. So if you operate the account from that folder, Paypal doesn't sense any change or 'suspicious activity' to trigger a limitation. You still have to ensure your transaction activity is not too "unusual" even if the account set-up and documents were good.

I’ve been familiar with stealth accounts for years. Of course, the problem is always cashing out. This always involves either A) Something risky and/or illegal, generally putting a lot of trust in another individual with your money, B) Something convoluted like paying one of your accounts from another account or some system of accounts, C) Purchasing digital items and reselling them from main account, or D) Some kinda exchange with crazy high fees.

I’ve been through those things, but I just recently noticed pp has their own cards you can buy at stores and link to op account. You can then use the card at atm or like debit. Anybody tried this?

You will need to verify your ID to use these cards I believe... it’s shit trying to find a run around on cashing stealth accounts out.

Buying physical sim cards is indeed the best option. The problem is that people outside the US cannot buy them.

Really? In Europe it's pretty tough to find AMERICANS sim cards.

I'm trying this method for EU account from the Netherlands using socks5 from there.
PayPal is telling me that the number is not valid, I've seen too late that you cannot verify accounts if you have a monthly subscription on dingtone.

Right now I'm searching for another option to get a phone number because I don't wanna risk to waste 20$ and not even get an account.

So what's the plan when PayPal inevitably locks the account and requests SSN, ID/Drivers License, and proof of residence? Particularly for US residents who have been banned, how would one go about creating and logging into the account using WiFi?

That's where a Secondeye or similar vendor comes in, to prepare such docs for you or at least get the funds out of the account. Preferably those docs should be set up and be at the ready, at the time the stealth account is created, in case a limitation happens.

why everyone talks abous fake US acc. Is it diffrent than Eu fake acc ? Or Eu is harder to do?

Tried this method from a US resident address, and tried to receive payment but paypal asked me to verify bank account. any alternative method for this please hmu
 
does anyone know how to verify a drivers license ID number after making a **** one? or they dont actually check, i know they check ssn but the last 4 only, you can bypass that easily but i would like to know if they would verify a license ID number, as i know they have access to a few databases that they use.

Just get a fake doc and you'll be good to go.
 
Is it just me or is Dingtone not working anymore? I purchased a phone number a few days ago, when I tried to send the verification code it said "blocked messages," and I couldn't view the auth code.
Just tried again, now I'm not getting any messages at all.
