Uploading movies on YT

Hi, can anybody tell me how some guys are uploading full movies on YT and don't get videos deleted? I've just saw some movies which are uploaded a few years ago.

Usually due to lack of action by the copyright owners.

could't possibly immagine why you would upload movies, since people already have acces to fast streaming platforms. you propably won't have more than a bunch of visitors and because of your relevant title/keyword, soon they'd be deleted by copyright so not even churn&burn :/
