When asked why he was selling an account he had already "sold" to @carpe_noctum, this is response:

It might not be down the drain as you still have the option of speaking to your bank and disputing the charge. If your transfer was funded by a credit card, then you should have the option of a chargeback.

1. Paid him $300 USD via PayPal for an IG account
2. Messaged him back and for 24 hours to get acct details from him. Keeps stalling. No response for hours.
3. Two of the other accounts he said he is selling are not even his (another member has just verified)

HE scammed me too. Complete crock. He kept saying he had issues with paypal.

no probs mate, if you can't reverse through paypal, try calling your credit card company, thats why I love using AMEX + Paypal when I pay for shady transactions because if something goes wrong, paypal will refund it and if not, amex definitely will.

Not specific to Amex literally every credit card company that I used did that PayPal says they cannot refund you just tell your credit card company and they get you back the money I owe nothing happens to still have very old PayPal account that I had to do that a few times

If people bought from Marketplace sellers and Jr VIPs and paid via normal Paypal, you'd have that extra level of protection.

When sellers want Paypal F&F or Crypto payment making, then walk away.

A fool and his money is easily parted......
