Outlook 2016 for so cheap on eBay. Legit?

Hi, eBay has some sellers selling Outlook 2016 only for $12. Is this for real?

Did any of you ever buy from there? I know people sell MS office and 5 TB Cloud storage for cheap but those are shared between multiple people, more like family accounts. And I'm wondering is it the same case with Outlook 2016?

I don't want to be added to a family account.

It goes like this. They buy the accounts that allow 5 users and then they sell to 5 individual people. Do you see the profit?
You are connected to a family account. You are NOT the sole owner of such $8 or $10 MS Office package. And not only here, these are being sold on eBay as well as many other places. It's not recommended to use these for business purpose. Just my 2 cents.
