I use my phone to upload pictures.

Basically, I have an app called "instasave" for my android.

I just open the app and enable the saving feature, open Instagram and go to a big page in the same niche as me and click "copy link" on a certain picture and the app will automatically save the picture for me.

Now that I have the picture, I upload it and then comment my hashtags.

I don't really use a schedule for uploading; however, I might consider sticking to a schedule.

The bot I'm using for automation provides an optimization graph which tells me the best time to post for engagement. (The bot is GMT2)

So, you don't give them credits ? You don't even change md5 hash in those images ?

Source of the image doesn't matter. Every image file has a MD5 hash key.

How much would you charge for a shout-out? Is this based on how many followers you have e.g 10k follower compared to a 100k follower base?

For the payment system how will you prevent charge backs? I understand you are young so your banking options may be limited, as you have mentioned a cheque account.

I haven't really worked out a solid way to prevent chargebacks.

Most people, however, won't charge back, especially if they bought a shoutout for their business. (It's personal shoutouts which are the most risk-based)

You can make people need to send in payments as "friends and family".

The second option for preventing chargebacks would be messaging them saying "no refunds after payment has gone through".

This way, if they do chargeback a payment, you can provide evidence that you had a no-refund policy after payment goes through.

You could always just ring up PayPal support and they'd most likely understand the situation.

For my skateboarding account with 2,732 followers, my engagement rate is 9.47%

For my cars/drifting account with 1,702 followers, my engagement rate is 9.39%

For my fishing account with 681 followers, my engagement rate is 13.35%

For my skateboarding account with 2,732 followers, my engagement rate is 9.47%

For my fitness/babes account with 1,489 followers, my engagement rate is 9.54%

For my second fitness/babes account with 1,081 followers, my engagement rate is 16.61%

I have already tried that. I can't seem to get a single shoutout for accounts under 15k followers.

Ehhh, I think the pets niche is kind of saturated.

If you're planning on only selling shoutouts though I'd go for it. (There are a lot of pet-based companies who'd buy shoutouts)
