Instagram Journey

Oh okay..
How much your follow back ratio..
You post everyday for all Account
I'm not quite sure what my follow back ratio is.
My average followers per day are around 70 on each of my top 3 accounts.
So I'm getting around a 15% follow back ratio per every 500 people I follow.

I post on the accounts every day, I aim for 2-4 posts a day on each account.

That's not bad bro..
Actually i have some acc but the follow back ratio is sick anout 0,5% if i follow 100 only 3 - 5 follow back..

One more, do you get content from other account or from other..

Hey,

I'm really dumb with Instagram.

Do you upload pics or photos from your phone or from your laptop?

The way I see it there is 3 piece of the puzzle

1. Content
2. Uploading and scheduling content.
3. Automation part ( follow / unfollow , like , commenting. )

Can you let me know what type of apps you are using to solve these issues.

I use my phone to upload pictures.

Basically, I have an app called "instasave" for my android.

I just open the app and enable the saving feature, open Instagram and go to a big page in the same niche as me and click "copy link" on a certain picture and the app will automatically save the picture for me.

Now that I have the picture, I upload it and then comment my hashtags.

I don't really use a schedule for uploading; however, I might consider sticking to a schedule.

Awesome man, happy to see things are going well for you too. :D

I may make another account in another niche such as gardening, perhaps one in the animal niche as well.
I'm happy that my car/drifting account is growing quite fast right now, definitely at 100+ followers per day.

Hi man, I've been following your progress and it's definitely going great! :)

I have a few questions since I'm thinking about jumping in on Instagram with some niches.

1. What if I have multiple sim cards for one phone or would I need multiple phones too so I can create more accounts?

2. I'm interested in a lot of local niches, and two of the great ones here is fitness and cars. Fitness will be easy to sell here, but as for the cars and drifting I'm sure I will have a lot of followers and a younger audience, and it will build easily. Since you're into car/drifting niche, what are you planning to actually sell on Shopify to your followers? I can't think of anything and that's what's holding me back.. Is it worth looking into CPA instead? I'm brainstorming which options would be good if I go for CPA, but I would prefer to sell something over Shopify.

3. You won't get banned if you place your google short link for your blog? I'm also thinking about investing for a landing page where you need to click to proceed and then you end up on my a Shopify store. It seems like a worthy investment because a blog might put people away, and this way I might get more sales.

4. What do you think about actually selling through DM instead, and using your posts to promote the stuff you sell? Like a bio "DM to order or for a price and more info".

5. So you're actually reselling stuff, buy cheap and sell for a higher price and take the cut?

I would love to hear your thoughts. :)

1) You don't need multiple sim cards to create multiple Instagram accounts, I create mine on my PC then log into them on my phone.

2) I'm probably going to sell car accessories like stickers, license plate frames, etcetera. I don't think CPA will make you as much money as Shopify will, and doing CPA will most likely kill your account(s).

3) I'm pretty sure you can just directly link to your Shopify store without a problem. I think a landing page would annoy people, thus leading to a lower conversion rate.

4) Definitely not worth selling through DM, if people are going to buy something, they'll just want to order and have it done with. Selling through DM's would slow down the order process which buyers would not like. Also, buyers prefer buying through a website as they think it is safer then DM's.

5) Basically, yes. You don't need to buy the product until somebody actually purchases it through your store. Say somebody orders a product off of your store, you then use their money to buy the product and ship to their address. This is why so many people prefer dropshipping as you don't need to keep inventory or spend any money on the products until somebody orders one.

Hey man, thanks for the replies, I really appreciate it.

About multiple sims, I was thinking about having more than 5 accounts as I get into multiple niches, and I know that 1 sim card can have 5 accounts max. I don't know if I would need a new separate phone or does Instagram detects your phone ID too. Meaning, if I get in trouble with one of the 5 accounts I have on my main sim card, would they shut down other 5 accounts from the second sim card if I'm using the same phone?

Thanks for the thoughts, I'll go with Shopify then. When I went to the bed I was actually thinking about what I wrote to you, and I thought of a lot of accessories for the car which could go well.. Neon lights, usb and devices, etc. I'll probably start small with cheaper stuff (up to $50) and once I build my audience I'll go with more expensive things.

One last question though, how did you set up your Shopify for one of these niches, do you first go on aliexpress (or wherever you're doing the dropship from) and build your Shopify store according to the stuff you've found and want to get into?

Cheers :)

Hey Im literally in the same boat as you.

Ive created 5 accounts

3 sort of travelling ones with 2700, 2300, and 1.5k followers

1 vape one 1.5k follows (idk why but vape isn't big here in australia and so i'm holding onto the fact if it does I can hop straight in)

and 1 meditation account at 1.3k.

Now i've just made a dropshipping shopify site yesterday thats in the travel/yoga/meditation niche.

Ive thought of searching hashtags in those niches and writing a list down of people with 2-10k followers to shout out my products and then once i have about 200, start dming them for there emails and emailing them about hey they can shoutout and then get their own unique code (for their ego boost) and they can make 5 or 10% commision of each person who buys with their code. Well thats the method ive just thought of and thought id share with you since we sound like we are in the same boat.

Ive tried facebook ads and cant seem to get my head around it as ive only got 12 visits in 2 days!

Anyways do you have a way I can message you? As I cant dm, I feel like if you did that same method we could share lists, advice etc since we are pretty much in the same position!

Anyways just started following your posts and am loving it!

That’s cool, what’s the biggest thing that brings you followers and engagement?

UPDATE!

Just made my first few dollars on Instagram, and boy-oh-boy does it feel good.

About 10 minutes ago I got a message on my gaming account from someone asking if I post ads.

I replied saying "Yes." and he gave me his Shopify link and said he'll pay $2.5 for a story post.

I said, "Alright, I'll post on my 4 other accounts for $8 USD if you'd be interested in that as well." I then gave him the account names.

He then agreed and seemed pretty happy about the bundle shoutout. :)

The only problem is that I told him to send as friends and family; however, he sent the money as goods and services.

I'm not sure if I should refund him and tell him to send again as friends and family or not.

Maybe he won't chargeback?

Anyways, the feeling of hard work starting to pay-off is great!

Here are the stats of the accounts as of today:

Gaming account: 2768 followers

Cars/Drifting account: 806 followers

Fitness/Babes account #1: 1386 followers

Fitness/Babes account #2: 365 followers

Skateboarding account: 1986 followers

Growing pretty good. :)
