Monetization: Amazon Affiliate.
Niche: Electronics.
Traffic: SEO.
Domain: New Fresh Brandable Domain.

Profit:

Jan. 2018: $60
Feb. 2018: $180
March. 2018: $220
April. 2018: $300
May. 2018 till (15/05): $100. (Lost 1/2 positions with the new Google's update).

Site's Link Profile:

Nothing really special, some weak links like: events, scholarship ( 3 or 4), blog commenting.
The keywords are extremely easy and that's the mean reason it ranked well.

What do you guys think? Thanks a lot in advance!
