Hi, so couple of months ago, I was trying to receive a receipt of a monitor that I purchased from a showroom in my old email id but for some weird reason, that email ID was not receiving the email from the shop. I was in front of the reception for like an hour and still, the mail didn't come. I told the receptionist to resend me the receipt again and she did and I double checked the email ID and all was good but still didn't receive the mail.

The same thing happened a couple of days ago when a friend of tried to email me something and the mail didn't arrive but couple of other emails were arriving. So, some mails were arriving and some were not. So, I decided to make a new email ID to receive the receipt from the showroom and the mail instantly came when I gave her the new email ID.

Since then I didn't even use that mail for anything else. I just open that from time and time to see and that's all. Now, today I tried to open that email and google showed me that they disabled the account for violating TOS of Google. I was like WTF? So, I appealed and said that the account belongs to me and I didn't even do much with the account and asked for any kind of proof or evidence for the suspicious activity and TOS violation. They replied me to my other email ID and I quote directly the reply -
Code:
Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about your disabled Google Account.

Your request has been reviewed, but unfortunately, your account can't be restored because it was found to have been used in a way that violated Google's policies.

The Google Accounts Team

Oh, and I did have 2 FA on the account so everything was secured and google just blatantly disabled the account and didn't even showed any proof of suspicious or violation of TOS that they say I did. WoW.

I think they can do anything as they are GOOGLE and providing FREE service to us. I am just gonna get a paid email service for my personal things also. I'm NOT trusting any free service anymore.

Any of you ever faced such a similar thing ever?

One thing is that we just can't hide the domain on paid email right? I mean I already have a business email in a domain but when I get a paid domain for personal, friends and others would ask me what the site is. There is no way to get a paid email without a custom domain right?
