a couple days ago I made a new blogger blog to test submitted home page url it was indexed. A day later I created an article on the same blogger submitted it and it was not indexed.

Is this going to go back to normal or what ? This is crazy. I have tried everything in the book to get even 1 page to index but no luck. How are we suppose to get pages to index. That submit URL tool, was the only thing for sure that ever indexed URLs I created.

I have. And like I mentioned above one of these test sites is a blogspot.com page that will not index...... that is pretty bad.

You should submit in Google Webmaster Tool dashboard.
