Summary
For the review, @zerotje09 sent me a list of their IPv4 and IPv6 proxies. The details of my review are below.

Service Highlights

• YouTube IPv4, Instagram IPV4, Linkedin IPV4, and the Twitter IPV4 proxies all passed my 4K video streaming test.
• None of the IPv4 proxies were blocked on the sites they were associated with.
• The IPv6 proxies worked with the websites they were associated with (so if they're listed under the activity "Instagram", you can only use them to access Instagram).
• I tested the IPV4 proxies in GSA SER and all of them worked.

What Could Use Improvement

• The IPv6 proxies only work with the sites they were associated with.
