Is your website processing orders? I have tried the last two days to order using PayPal & get errors asking for "name," "address," "card number" etc. You may want to look into the problem!

I've been ordering content from GoSuperb exclusively over the past several months since I discovered them on here.

The price is fantastic for the level of quality, but unfortunately I have not always received the same high level of quality across all of my pieces. Even though I am ordering highly researched content for the same niche / vertical.

For this reason, I would love if you guys can let us choose our writer in the case that we have a preference.

Also, I need a few revisions for order #18142. I emailed them to you. Thanks!

We have a team of great writers, however, we can imagine that you favor some over others. Please let us know what order was to your liking, and we'll assign the same writer to your orders from now on. As for the revision of order 18142, you'll get it within 24 hours.
 
Order #18265, #18262 are just 2 of the five total orders that I placed. I did not receive order #s for the other 3 but I do have a Paypal receipt for each order. Please confirm that you have my 5 five orders and also a delivery date...thanks!

Thank you for placing an order with us, gagon. We just doublechecked PayPal, and we only see four payments - orders (18262, 18264, 18265, 18266).
