Just click on the image of my cat you see in my profile (whatever they call it -- the image place, not the cat -- in forum terms)! It reflects my attitude (almost) perfectly! 
Well, it reflects the part of my life in recent terms, that is the last 5-6 years...
Earlier, I was exactly the opposite, bundle of nerves, neg emotions, pessimist, ... but then I left everything to wind and began living like that cat! Am lot happier and almost in control of my well damaged heart, which is the sorry end-result of that earlier messy part! lol

That what I always called the best example of people in distress!
Like:
One guy has his hands tightly around the tree, and he is seriously shouting at the passerby people that, "Guys Guys, please help me get loose off this fckng tree, it is not leaving me, I am stuck and it's killing me, driving me to nuts...help help help!"
The simple solution to get rid of the fear, the anxiety is: just leave the tree, and walk away! Who the fck is holding whom???
