Just want to know how do you measure the activity of bandwidth usage? Incoming traffic only? (Receiving) outgoing only (Sending)? or both?
As per people says in bandwidth proxy providers sometimes there is a discrepancies in numbers as per usage. There is no argument or any sort of negativity in this post. Just to get an idea out of curiosity.

Good question ;) we track sum of both incoming and outgoing traffic generated by your account

Hey there, we offer sticky IP option and it enables you to keep the same IP for 5 minutes.
