I was gonna use instagram as a way to promote and I dont have a website. Also I stay in the usa. I was very honest with them and still got denied. If there is anyone who can give me help thanks. I would also be willing to try another network thats not so damned particular. However I'm specifically looking for a network with cpi content lockers because im offering free downloads that I would like to monetize that way. Thanks in advance.

I would just like to let everyone know that this issue has been resolved. I chatted with @ben@ogads he was very helpful and got me accepted. Thanks to everyone who tried to assist.

A business is for LIFETIME and such is made through trust and honesty, certainly NOT lying. Always be transparent with everyone who you are doing business with.
