I think this method is solid with the right combination of targeted keywords, twitter traffic does not seem to convert great for affiliate/cpa, but traffic is traffic.. don't forget hashtags work and can be used across most networks, fb, instagram, pintrest etc..

I think the capability of matching the picture up with tags, sucks. But to sign up for free (30 days) and find out any niches' hashtags plus Instagram hashtags is a great resource. Now it's up to to put together an offer and a message to get the traffic back to your site.
