my main reason is to comment specific photos, with specific comments, nonstop.. until the person that I am spamming makes private his account.. Or if possible to report the account until they close it (not likely to happen)

What do you guys recommend? anyone can get the job done for me? any tools out there that will work?

Why on earth would you want to harass someone until they are forced to make their account private? Furthermore, what makes it so important that you'd be willing to pay for it???

It gives me an idea though with this fucker that charged back $300 for a 60k account I sold him....
