not receiving Instagram text verification??? What to do?

What can I do? I guess really the only thing is too contact instagram, which i have tried but they arent responding and I cant do anything witht eha ccount until it is text verified? Any tricks or loopholes to fix on my own?

If its a VOIP do not bother. If its on your mobile, maybe your provider blocks them, try another carrier.

Its my legit phone, that has been linked for years, ive tried my brothers and it didnt work. It will send me the link to reset the password but not a verification code.

What link to reset the password? Do you have other accounts linked to this phone? There are limitations you know...

I think there is 1 other account using this phone number, but that one is functioning and these accounts are over 2 years old wouldnt make sense for it to just stop working.

Thats really the only thing i can do. Wait for instagram to respond and hopefully in the mean time it is working, this is day 2 or 3 right now.

Its been happening for like 2 months now. It keeps bringing up the security verification so I send it to my email and I never get the code. I can reset my password fine but the code never gets to me.

Yeah if this is going to be more then a week, im going to just ditch it tbh, in 2 months I could of built up a decent sized account. I get at minimum 100 followers a day.

Still nothing, like i said im going to give it a few more days, if nothing else im just going to forget about it, start fresh, maybe check in a few weeks/month and hopefully it is working, id like to atleas tknow if anyone else experienced this and if the account was ever working, one person said they did and it was eventually fixed another said they are still waiting for it to be fixed and it has been going on for months, not exactly what i wanted to hear.

Still nothing, I may jsut give up on the account then, thats a damn shame because it was put through alot and too have it not be banned or suspended, but unusable simply because of a glitch in the system and how impossible it is to get in tough with instagram is embarassing.

Thats what im thinking honestly, because i cant even lie or deny, ive straight up abused the account for the last few weeks, ive done it before in the past, you would think you would hear back or something though.

My 2nd account is now experiencing the same problem and that account had 30k followers so between my 2 accounts there are about 90k followers, Im thinking it is because i was kind of abusing the comments with them in instagram using a bot, so im thinking that this isnt so much a glitch or error on instagrams end as to a ban.


Can anyone confirm that this is a ban?

You'll have to wait a week. This happened to my accounts and I had to wait for exactly 7 days before the messsage came.

Nah I wasn't even using the account it was just sitting for a while then I decided to login in to it one day to use it for a project and I was security locked out and I never receive the code to my email.
