avoid paxum at all cost if you dont have money in it, i ordered my paxum card 3 months ago so i can avoid having to pay their massive fees to get my money, the card never arrived when i checked they didnt even have my address right, and it took 2 WEEKS of communication to get my address somewhat right, their phone line i called 100 times no one answer and their online supports are very incompetent and have very low IQ, for example i was asking about the cost of EFT transfer, they replied me with something completely irrelevant . And last week i made a wire transfer to my bank account and didnt even go through and when i reached out to them i get the exact same reply as op did!!!!

Paxum is legit, always received wire transfers on time. Great customer service.

I recently got approved on paxum, and now I wanna send some affiliate commissions there, but somehow I decided to look for some reviews about them.... then I fell on this thread. Many negative reviews scare me.
So , what are your experiences with this payment processor in 2018. Also I read about many people waiting for 3 moths and even longer for the mastercard prepaid card, which is strange as cards are issued by banks. To give an example, Payonner cards don´t take longer than 3 weeks to be delivered at home.
So , honestly , all this is pretty confusing. Any inputs, fellas Blackhaters ?

Paxum is pretty fair, We had some issue in past. Their support system is also lazy but Paxum is fair company. We made 2 test transaction of $50 obvious paid $50 as WIRE fee, But it was important because it was our first time and i don't want stuck my money anywhere.
i submitted a request of Withdraw $50 and 100 deducted from my account it took 2 days to change status from submitted to processing and another 1 days to processing to validated.
After validated status nothing changed and passed 24 days , Nothing in my bank account. i contacted Paxum support and received response your situation has been forwarded to appropriate department and you will be notified if any outcome. I waited and got response after 72 hours that amount was submitted and now i need contact my bank where it was. they uploaded their bank payment receipt.
I download and looked closely i made a mistake i put my bank detail incorrect.
I informed paxum and they told me yes WIRE has been returned and credited back to my total, but no reversal of WIRE fee because it was my mistake. Again i made a request of $50 paid WIRE fee again.
Same process from submitted>processing>validated took 4 days [ non working days not included], again nothing in bank account after 20 days i contacted paxum and they replied same , I will be notified after their banking outcome. fortunately same day i received response with WIRE receipt that WIRE was submitted and i should contact my bank, i looked closely and found this time Paxum made incorrect transaction. my details was OK but paxum used same details as used last time. I informed paxum and they returned my WIRE fee but no WIRE sum as it was returned to paxum yet.
I again made a transaction of $100 and paid $50 WIRE fee and this all took 4 days, submitted>processing>validated luckily 6th day amount was in bank.
then again i made a request of my rest of sum and all came to bank without hassle..
So these was just man handled problem ,nothing wrong with paxum.

what about using their pre-paid mastercard ? Can anyone tell his experience ? From what I have read, it takes too long (almost 2 - 3 months) to get their card delivered.
its been 2 weeks and paxum still hasnt paid me, be careful guys when using paxum theres pages after pages of reviews about how they scam customers if you google it! I will just switch to wire payment now. with the way paxum conduct their business they will be closed down just like firstchoicepay anyway
I have been a PAXUM user almost since day one (well since the legit EPASSPORTE scammed a lot of people - me included...)
I had over $700 on my prepaid card that was issued by choice bank (which expired) and I then I ordered a new PP CC from them... that was issued by another bank and now my money is LOST... they simply ignore my support tickets, so I guess PAXUM has become the "next" EPASSPORTE

Yeah they should just say they can't support cards anymore, been waiting for mine for awhile too they said the delay is due to the new issuer being overload with lots of people requesting cards. Not to mention the fee for express shipping is $95 i'm not complaining about that but the fee has already been deducted from my account along with the yearly maintenance of the card.
Their support tickets are very vague and general automated responses First Choice Pay was the shit never had a problem with them, shame that one has to go through a lot of shit just to get adult payments from networks.

Expect it to be a long waiting here's more people complaining about them one guy says 3 months have passed since he ordered his card not even printing status, i'm just regretting sending my money there.

Have anyone got a card for waiting more than few months? I still get same replies as you get, to wait few more days, but that's more than 2 months and still processing. I am angry, as I even asked them if everything is ok and if I get my card even before I submitted the order. Everything was alright until Choice bank closed the cards, as I successfully used paxum for several years.
As I was afraid to lose my money because of this unclear situation with Paxum, I asked for bank transfer 2 days ago. Today money reached my bank account. So I believe Paxum is having difficulties with processing cards only.
