Good news - they printed it and sent it.
Bad news - it's apparently lost again.
I'm beginning to doubt they do this on purpose, skimming nickles and dimes. No other explanation.

i am waiting 3 months now since i applied for a card, even used express shipping and i have been charged already, still having a processing message that i should wait 10 business days, its over 3 months now. i take it i have been scammed by paxum.

Yeah i got tired of waiting for my card so i wired all my funds and received it within 3 business days, i decided to just make peace with it and wait for the stupid card whenever it arrives. Paxum says they don't have control over it so based on other users experience i guess it will arrive somewhere in January...

Paxum is not a scam service. I've transferred $$$$$ through it. But they lost my card and i left it just like that

chill dude they take average of 19 days to reply, same thing happened to me, just be patient... jheez... I use them for 3 year and yes their customer support is atrocious but they are extremely professional.

Aren't you supposed to have a tracking number and actually see where the card is at the moment? I mean, that's what you're paying 100 bucks for. Like you're ordering weed or something, I think even that is cheaper and safer than dealing with paxum cards.
Btw, payoneer sent me a new card in a week, but it's useless as I don't have any money there. Also, most aff networks I work with don't support payoneer.

I'm thinking about direct / wire transfer. It's supposed to work, but I'm not sure about fees and how it actually works.

Edit: I just realized they didn't even print your card. And you paid 100 bucks for it. And we're debating if it's a scam. No doubt any more, it is.

This is how much it actually costs to send a 30 gram letter from Canada to my home address with tracking.

Still waiting. Support always replies with same 'just wait few more days'.

the worst support , twisted as hell .
can't cash-out with physical card from abroad from the date they stop old card.

Looking like a scam to me. Joined up and on my first withwraw attempt...this.... nice of them to tell you BEFORE you jump thru all their hoops to even get verified... Sure looks like a scam to me... Can't even give a fix date... and obviously a serious problem with visa cutting them off imho.....

Errors : We regret to inform you that Withdrawal to External VISA credit/debit cards is temporarily unavailable. We anticipate return of this option within 4 weeks. In the meantime Withdrawal to External MASTERCARD credit card is still operational and available for use. We apologize for the inconvenience.

And guess what.... Mastercard does not work either " Unfortunately your card is not supported. Please try another card. " Sure does look like a scam company to me... Suggest use with caution or steer clear of if possible imho

Paxum is not a scam but they are not good.
No customers support, no customers respect.
Take ago to receive payment.
You can avoid them, there is lot better nowadays!

Figured I'd go ahead and add my input here. Ironically I was reading through this post last night as I also ran into that crossroads in thinking I may have gotten scammed by Paxum. I signed up today, for a completely unrelated reason which I will continue onward with after throwing my experience out there.

I know how frustrating it can be, first hand. Especially when there is little to no information out there to be had. I've found myself in the position plenty of times where these forums are all I got in a moment of desperation. Made even worse when the thread has 1 or 2 comments that say almost nothing at all. No replies, in a worst case scenario.

So hopefully this helps someone out there; when you find yourself in the place I was and have been. Time and time again.

I work in the adult industry. Not through or by typical methods that many of you mention here. But like many of you, I was hit hard over the past year when the industry sort of jumped ship as far as processors go.

Almost literally, I was left with only the choice of Paxum. I had not the slightest idea how it operated as I'd only heard of it in passing until the moment I was forced to use their services.

I'm from the U.S. Which did not make things easier. Believe it or not. Only business accounts allowed for American citizens. No fancy Paxum card availability, which I guess I should consider myself lucky after reading all of your horror stories about having to wait months on end. (Which did not shock or surprise me at all to be quite honest with you).

It took about two weeks to finally get my account verified and functional due to their stone-aged process and lack of customer care. And after finally playing around with the options, I knew Paxum was going to be horrible. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth since day 1. Especially after we get used to means such as Paypal. Just to have it ripped away.

I was left with two options. ACH transfer & wire transfer. The latter comes with a $50usd fee. To be fair, wire transfers aren't necessarily cheap by any means, anywhere. But $50.00 is still on the more expensive side of that scale.

All the same.

I had to go through a completely different verification process in order to use either of those options due to a mistake on their part. And yes. All of the above statements are true.

They respond only after you've waited days on end and given up already. There is no credible information anywhere. Questionable reviews all over the place. They don't answer the phone.

(Tip: After having once called every hour of a day before, and having tested & proved my theory correct; 4am EST on weekdays is usually a guaranteed answer. <-Not a joke).

All of those things are SO true. And I'm not even exaggerating a little bit. When, and if you finally do get in contact with somebody; they obviously don't give a rats ass and give you some generalized blanket statement of an answer that is still left up to the interpretation of the biggest fears your imagination can muster up. Which is how I ended up here last night actually.

After about a month and a half, give or take, my money finally had the ability to be withdrawn. I swallowed my pride and paid the $50 for the wire transfer because I was hurtin' bad at the time and I just needed my funds, any funds as soon as possible.

3-Days later, I received my wire transfer. Yep. Something that should show in your account by at least the next day, took 3-days.

I have been stuck with Paxum for about half a year now. And they are HORRIBLE. BUT. I've not been scammed once. I may have been ignored, misled, redirected and perhaps even lied to on occasion. But I have always received my money. Albeit; not nearly as quick or convenient as it should have been.

Although I'd not been scammed in the past, I still second guessed myself last night.

For some reason I chose the ACH transfer over the tried and true wire transfer for my biggest withdrawal with them to date. (About $1800.00) And after a 'successfully processed and sent' email by Paxum, and a 2-day wait I started to get nervous.

But alas, here I am. And my funds showed in my bank account this morning.

My wire transfers in the past, since the first one; they show up anywhere from 1-3 days. Guess it just depends on whenever whoever wants to get up off their ass and do something out of boredom. But I was pleasantly surprised that the ACH transfer took no longer than my average wire transfer wait time and for a fraction of the cost.

Probably a different beast you're wrestling if you're overseas. However; here is my advice to anyone that finds themselves in a shitty situation.

1. Pay VERY close attention to EVERYTHING you fill out. A small slip up when submitting any of your information can and will cost you another couple of weeks worth of waiting for them to click a button and correct it. Pretending they don't screw it up more of overlook the problem and do something else completely. Causing another month of waiting.

2. If you do everything right, fantastic. Because the less you have to deal with customer service and the powers that be at Paxum - the better. I have stopped having problems and started receiving my funds quicker only after not having to talk to them for any particular reason. Think of it like this; if you bother them with any issues you might have and make them perform any tasks outlined in their job description, they will be spiteful and make you wait longer.
While I cannot say if that is true or not, I can say it is definitely what it feels like. When you stop annoying them with any problems they should rightfully have to resolve, than they might get around to it.

3. Do not cross your fingers and hope for the best. If you do happen to be in a shitty situation; just STOP counting on Paxum to follow through immediately and save the day. Just go ahead and make up your mind right now and start thinking of alternative ways to make bank in the meantime. Paxum will come through eventually. But almost never when you need it.

At the end of the day though. The service has been... Meh. Not horrible. At best. But only after I came to terms with those 3 above pointers.

I am not saying or doubting that anyone may have been scammed in the past. It definitely can feel that way if you've been waiting for any ridiculous amount of time to receive what is rightfully owed to you. I would doubt that if a person did get scammed though, that it was on purpose. Rather - out of ignorance.

I can almost guarantee you though; you aren't being scammed. You're just being put at the bottom of their priority list. (Keyword: ALMOST - because hell. Even I got sketched out after months of eventual successful transactions).

You're not likely to find a more honest review than this one. So stop wasting any more of your own time by trying to find an answer. Paxum has already wasted enough of it, I'm sure - and take my word for it. There aren't any answers better than what I have told you here. Trust me. I've looked.

Sorry about your tough luck. But may the force be with you. 'Cause Neither I, nor Paxum, will be. Your money might be eventually though.

i'm counting days my card still printing since +6 months . i heard trucash cards does not work like old cards . paxum process cards through tiny bottles and has shameless customer service. yes they don't respect promises or ETA that was given .
