Service Review:
I'll say from the off that the site I purchased was $399 - so the lowest price available.
I've broken this review down into two elements. Firstly, the customer service/process side of things, and secondly the site that was delivered.
Process
I purchased a website and received an PM within 5 minutes to let me know to expect an email with the details.
I got that email within a further few hours, and it gave me the site domain and clear instructions to create an Alpnames account so that the domain could be transfered.
It was easy to setup an account with Alpnames and once I had done so and replied to the original email I received a further one with detailed instruction that included; website login details, details and links about the Amazon Affiliate program, information on how to move the site, information on how to maintain the site as https. Finally, it also included some useful information and links on how to continue to grow the site.
For what it's worth, I'm not a fan of Alpnames - I find their site pretty difficult to navigate, but the process itself and the communication from the seller was spot on, with help given at each stage. Note that you will want to change the contact information on the domain at Alpnames to yourself rather than the seller, but they were quick to approve this change.
Site
The site itself looks great. It's responsive, well laid out and sensibly structured. I will probably look to proofread and pad out some of the articles, but I can't really fault what is currently there for the price paid.
Worth saying that there are no comparison tables and extras of that nature - but again, I did not expect that for the price. Besides, I'm happy that there is additional work to be done. I purchased the site because it's the initial keyword research, setup and review creation that I find tedious - and those are all done for me with this service.
Adding to a site and making design/UX/CRO changes is something I am happy to be doing. The seller acknowledges that these sites require ongoing work to improve rankings and any revenue, but the site I have purchased has great scope to improve not only the current keywords, but to expand the site to include other keywords in the same general niche.
All in all, a great service from both points of view. I'm going to stick with this site for the time being, but once this is starting to generate a decent income I wouldn't think twice about purchasing another.

Thank you for your review. Just to add to this, we do have product comparison boxes with star ratings which in our experience convert better than simple comparison tables

purchased a site for $499, fairly low competition - 20s in kwfinder, but told near 0 in ahrefs. Don't have so I can't check.
Major e-commerce sites show up in the first page for the top kw - but not impossible to outrank them as I see other sites with weak backlinks (on semrush) outranking those.
Good content, good kw, and great communication - had a few questions involving transferring host, and some CSS and it was all clearly explained and quickly.
I will be building some links, and hopefully in 6 months make the decision to buy more.
