Follow up to this;
I am currently on vacation so haven't done anything with this site, except ordered 5 links from @Floopa75 and supplied details the other day.
The site is a nice site, expired domain and I managed to bag the discount on this.
Articles are pretty good, the site structure is spot on.
This is one of those sites that's seen as an investment not just a hobby.
I've used Hacko for keyword research several times so know how solid his service is in that respect.
What I liked about this is it's an evergreen niche, not seasonal so it will (hopefully) do well all year round.

Really great site for the price. Keywords are bouncing around without any backlinks to them, and are all between 50-2000+ searches per month. The domain is just over a month old, so the website can't be any older than that.
If you paid for keyword research and paid for articles to be written properly by someone else, it would probably cost you about the price of the whole site, so it's an absolute no-brainer if you're looking to build a new authority site, as all the initial work has already been done for you.
Design is really good too and looks very professional. Will look forward to progressing this into an authority site in the coming months.

Bought a site a couple of days back. I was hesitant at first because the price is not the cheapest one around, but after carefully making my due dilligence I decided to buy. @hacko was kind in answering my questions and getting all the needed additional details needed before making my buying decision.
The keywords are with very high buyers intent and I can see huuge potential. Currently the site has 22 keywords in top 100 according to aHrefs which is pretty good result if you consider that the site is just 3 weeks old and does not have a single backlink.
I will be buying more sites soon, because you receive quality support and quality service.
