I already pointed out who the other paying customers are having similar or exact same issue. do I have to repeat myself and quote them once more?

if you want to try my setup instead of sharing your working IDEAL setup, go ahead, i'm just using a basic stormproxy 10 thread basic package, i showed you each screenshot detailing each 4 of the settings available in your bot, with 1 thread, all ignored the proxy list and proceed to use machine ip. i can share the screenshots publicly if you want

(the same proxies work in windows and other bots and tools)

i've got nothing to hide, while you've been dodging not just me, but other customers as well

is it really that hard to do aftersale support? if it works, great, show us how. if it doesn't, fix it or take it off your claims. I can accept a partial refund as well until you fix it

Not until you fixed your software

For scraped proxies they must be anonymous. This is a very tricky thing though because you can't guarantee a proxy will stay anonymous. They can show up as anonymous in certain software's at one time but then may not be later.

This is why using back connect proxies is ideal. But that being said I don't have any other complaints about this particular issue and so it makes me wonder if you are either doing something wrong or maybe its an issue with storm proxies or maybe its that those proxies don't work for some reason with the traffic bot.

The only way to know for sure is to test that specific service. But before I go investing money into this I just want to be sure that its not just a fluke.

Try again because it may have been a temporary issue with the Storm Proxy service.

I don't mind buying a package to test if there's a real problem but I just want to be sure before investing into it.

Oh and be sure you are not using many threads, like try 1 thread or something because each browser will use many threads at once, they explain here: http://help.stormproxies.com/knowledge-base/im-getting-errors/

Apart from that I have no idea why ONLY YOU out of all our customers is having proxy issues!!
