FollowPlanner help! It isn't performing actions properly and support hasn't responded

Hey all!

So I just started with followplanner and set up the settings etc only to find it doesn't work properly. It isn't liking photos, nor is it following anyone. The only thing it seems to do is unfollow the people I told it not to unfollow. I'm super frustrated as I've contacted support multiple times and have had no response, and also my followers are dropping because my account isn't as active anymore.

Can anyone please help me out??

Might be, that your settings are wrong, double check everything, maybe you missed something. And the second thing, don't use tools, which have crappy support.

I double checked and they look right to me. Followplanner was recommended to me, do you know any other alternatives that are based online?
