I have a original domain of Oxygen Games Company , Earlier i tried to sale the domain but everyone refuse to buy due to the doubt of being copyright issue. So i made blog on it.

but Oxygen company shut down on 12oct 2009, Still its have the issue of copyright ?? Although oxygengames.com (not orignal company name) is on Premium sell on Godaddy .

Once you get some traction sell it, like any other website. If you solely value it on .net domain and relation with "oxygen game company" you'll not get desire value.

Buy my main doubt is about Copyright ?? After doing lot of hardwork on Blog , if domain gone then all will become wastage

You mean if i didn't receive any notice till 2019 october then domain is mine or i have to check the date, when it was a applied for copyrighted trademark ??

i think there is no issue of copyright . the problem may arise if you copy their archived content and post on this blog

Did the original company shut down and cease trading, or were they taken under in which case the domain / content may have been listed as an asset.

Add your own content, target their keywords and if need be on your ' about us ' page, put a disclaimer in that you're not associated with the original company.

My statement is just don't do the copy of the site's content and without any rewrite, use for the other purpose.Then don't worry about the copyright issue.

Check at wipo.int whether the trademark is still live
