whats wrong with my ads account in this pic?

After a long dispute with Facebook, answering several questions, uploading my I.D and confirming my debit card finally got my ads account unblocked, this ad I got active about 6 hours says it's active but nothing is happening.

does anyone know why?

It may be the time zone of the countries.
For example, if you are targeting other country and scheduling the time between 6 pm to 10 pm. The ad starts to appear only when the time of that country is 6 pm.

Is this campaign before you got block. if yes, then did you try to create a new campaign? Also what about the time schedule of ads?

this is the campaign I set up previously, there is no schedule it runs all day every day

When I had an account go under review and then get reinstated, my campaigns that were running and delivering traffic before the review did not deliver traffic afterwards. I think I had to create new campaigns though I think I just moved to another account. Was a while ago. I'd try new campaigns.
