Can you confirm this still works, as it was posted 18 months ago on a different forum and things do move on?

github is nofollow now . i think after it is revealed on several forums that github can be used for link building , they were experiencing large number of spam content in public repositories . i have myself sold hundreds of ******** backlinks from github but not now .

When a submission is made to Reddit it is NoFollow by default. It's possible to change the link to Do-Follow through engagement (upvotes)

Underrated in my opinion is link diversity and velocity. Some people think they could just throw a few PBN links within two days and rank, but they don't understand it takes more. Velocity means to build backlinks on a stable basis.
