I'd like to use the contact form poster. But the websites I'm targeting don't just have the "name" field, they have "last name" + "first name".
Also there are some other fields that are different from those built in scrapebox. Is there a way to add those fieds somewhere? thanks

Yes you can train it to do pretty much anything. Also since there is a limited number of fields you can use from lists (meaning like loading in) you can also "hard code" fields into it. So like you may want to use a random first name from the names list and insert like 5 last names directly into the definition file. Then it will pick a first name from whats loaded and a last name from the definition file.

Hi I just purchased Scrapebox and there's some problem. I ran it on my VPS and it says, it's unable to communicate with scrapebox server. I also sent the scrapebox.sil file to the support. Can you please have a look and reply ASAP? Can't wait honestly.

You can put 53 files in if you want, but what Im saying is that you can't "load a file" for more then 5 of the fields. So you just have to build the remainder directly into the definition file.

As for the email grabber, it works for me.

So its something to do with your setup. Either you have it filtered out or you have it set to only crawl a depth of 1 or you have security software that is blocking the emails/urls from loading

or your proxies are bad.

So try it with no proxies and then whitelist scrapebox in all security software. Also you can then clear out your filters and make sure you are either loading in the exact contact page urls or at least setting the crawl depth to 2.

I dont want to spend on recurring monthly expenses like gsa cb or cs or xevil or capmosnter
Which will be good for breaking most captchas and accuracy for scrapebox.
Should i use paid captcha solving services like decaptcha or something.
I want to run it on vps nonstop 24X7
also tell how much ram will be enough to run 4-5 instances 2 for scraping and 2 for posting etc

If the platform says unknown then the url isn't compatible if the platform says WP Contact and it says failed/general unknown then more often then not thats a captcha issue.

So make sure you have captcha solving setup.

you need a source that has personal mails. Basically its find a source, then use the email scraper plugin to crawl the source on low connections, and probably with some private proxies and get the mails.

If you don't have proxies you can use 1 connection with a delay.

So Im not following you. You don't want to use a program that has zero or a small monthly fee but your willing to use a service that has a much larger monthly expense?

GSA captcha breaker and Captcha Sniper are 1 time costs, with lifetime updates and zero monthly. Xevil is like $10 a month. I don't know about capmonster.

Any service where they solve captchas is going to cost you more then $10 a month, if your are doing any kind of volume at all. 4-5 instances you probably want at least 8GB of memory minimum, ideally more.

I use Captcha Breaker mostly, I have captcha sniper, but I don't use it, but I know people that do. I have an Xevil subscription that I fired back up a few weeks ago, but have no yet really tested it with Scrapebox. Last I used Xrumer a few years ago it still had excellent captcha solving, so I can only assume Xevil is good. I think captcha solving has always been their strong point.

So you can use whatever, but I would not pay a service unless I had to. Personally I save thousands, as in yes multiple thousands of dollars a month using captcha breaker vs using a service. Grant it I have a dozen+ machines, but still the point is obvious for me.

I don't do it for a fee. Im just too busy, plus when I did I was expensive.

Depth 2 and 10 etc... never leave the domain you start it on. Again when you load domains into the email scraper no matter how deep you set depth, the scraper NEVER leaves the domain it started on.

You put the @ symbol in your filters? That would filter out all mails.

I would just download a fresh copy, to a new folder that is either on your desktop or in your documents folder and then don't change anything except you can turn down the connections of the email grabber. Nothing else, then try and scrape, does it work? Also whitelist in security software as Ive seen that block the email scraper before.

Regarding the form submission
All your doing anyway is just putting the name so if the name of the field is like name="phone-x-1"

Just put

phone-x-1=1-800-999-9999

in the actual definition file and then when you post it will use that info for the phone filed.

It always keep loading without searching. Even I stop the searching, it will keep loading and never stop.
can you add a button that allow us to stop all threads immediately?

It works fine for me. Are you on windows or mac?

When you say loading, you mean its loading the list of urls, or its trying to scan them or?

It sounds like something is locking 1 or more of your threads. This can be caused by security software or pretty much any 3rd party software.

So fully whitelist scrapebox in all security software such as anti-virus, malware checkers and firewalls, and then also try closing down any uneeded programs. Anything, skype, utorrent, pc optimization software etc.. can all lock threads.
