I've been using JAP for awhile. In the beginning it was fine and then a little later on, I really needed to state my case firmly to get a refund. It's almost frustrating as I'm a reseller and if they can't deliver nor issue refunds, I'm losing money.

I know you guys are overwhelmed, but I'd really like you to look into ticket: 14788336
I placed an 10,000 instagram follower order 8 days ago. 8 days... and it hasn't been moving at all. I should be allowed a refund. It's insane that you are refusing to issue it.

Bro I know how you you feel because I'm a reseller too but right now NO IG Follower service is working correctly. I suggest you to pause you business and wait some weeks until you try again. Thats what I will do because reselling just doesn't work with this current situation. It's because instagram is updating their systems etc.
