@JustAnotherPanel why you cant enable refill button for all R30 servers and higher? It will extremely reduce the number of tickets. So people would not create a ticket after each order.

We were under DDOS attack from hacker and our servers stopped, now we fixed everything, may I know the dripfeed order ID, maybe the support didn't handle it well (we added 4 new support agents to help (we are now 9) and these 4 are still new, if something was unprofessional then I am sorry, I cannot see the images you sent for some reason, just give me the dripfeed ID i will cancel it, sorry for the inconvenience but please bear on the new support so we can help you better and faster in the future!
