I did my research, and you need that Nino paper to be able to work in the UK.

An employer can pay an employee who does not have a NI number. They are placed on an emergency tax code until the NI number comes through. As long as you have a legal right to work in the UK (which EU citizens have for years to come), then it's not an issue.

You can apply for this "nino" AFTER you have a proof of address in UK. In 2 to 5 weeks they will send you this paper if you pass their "exam".

I think this is purely an administrative exercise rather than an exam. Once you have a NI number, you are able to claim benefits so I think the job centres just need to make sure you're there to work rather than just claim benefits.

Oh, that was per year. I also thought how can a forum pay that much per month to one staff.

A £22K salary is 50% increase on minimum wage here in the UK. As far as I can tell, the only real qualifier that BHW are asking for is hard work and dedication.

You won't get a job that's offering so much, both in terms of actual salary and learning opportunity, and asking for so little. It's a wonderful opportunity.

As far as I'm aware, that's generally correct, yes. However, I've looked into it and the European Commission website says that workers from EU member countries that are working in the UK at the time it leaves the EU will not have to leave as long as they continue to work.

I have absolutely no idea if this will remain the case - therefore I'd suggest that anyone who's in an EU country and is interested in the job, researches this for themselves to make sure they're adequately covered.

We use a service currently for our 20 employees that is fantastic, I don't have to worry about any of the employment laws - it takes away such a headache.

Could I send in a tripod, webcam, and a desktop capturing device? It would be as if I were sick, and working from home, but would get to also see what's outside of the screen... Maybe the cam could be put on a drone, and the drone get set up on company wifi, that way I could attend meetings and such, if they weren't in my office? I'll make it one of those 4 prop drones, so it's stable enough for a picture of my face to hang below it...
