Adwords Suspended Account, Need Solution/Advice

I wasn't cloaking on the account but now I read a lot on the forum on this concept and thought this would be the best board to post this on.

Would you say that it's still possible for me to setup a 2nd account and use my same card that I used for the previous account? If not then what should I do instead?

On my new account I will then start cloaking

What should I do to solve my issue?

If the account was suspended due to circumventing issue then there is no getting it back. You can only get it back if the site was non-affiliate.

Circumvention is one of the most serious policy violations with Google. It effectively means you are cheating Google's systems.

When creating a new account with Adwords, everything has to be different (even the PC you used) otherwise they will link you back to your previous account and you will be suspended again.

They said it was because of suspicious activity in payment.

How to get new unused IP? I find that most proxy services have already used and blacklisted IPs.
Where can I get a good reloadable CC that will work. I read that a lot of online reloadable cards don't work for adwords.

A bit off topic now, is this the same case when using Facebook ads?

Quick Tip: Some may call this a BS move, but as a scrappy marketer, you gotta do what you gotta do. As someone mentioned above about needing a new PC regarding adwords... This is 100% correct! The solution: Go to walmart and buy the cheapest labtop you can find and only dedicate that pc to creating your new adwords account and ofcourse managing your awords. DO NOT USE IT FOR ANYTHING ELSE BUT adwords. No searching the web, nothing. Also, download CC Cleaner which should be used every time you log out of adwords to clear all history.

The Truth: I use this method knowing most accounts will get disabled within 3 months and once that account does, I simply box up the new labtop and turn it back into walmart stating it has an issue so that I can receive a new labtop. (Must be turned in within 3 months to get full refund or labtop) Good Luck

You don't need a new computer I just use a $5 per month windows VPS. So much cheaper.

Yes, you will need a new IP which can be acquired by getting a Windows VPS or you can use Amazon or Azure Windows RDP. But you have to make sure that you're 100% anonymous.

And your account was suspended due to suspicious payment activity, so therefore when you add a card to your account, its better to run a dummy campaign just to make sure that your card is working fine. If you will just run your CPA campaign that will make look suspicious and Google will ban your account for either violating the circumventing policies or suspicious payment activity.

You will need to test different things to make AdWords work. Good luck, hope this helps.

Have you ever tried to make a VM (virtual machine) instead? Any opinions on that?

For this you are using some smaller less known provider? I think most VPS services are already used for these things which can result in their IP being on record with adwords already?

The problem for me is that I have used my actual personal credit card. And now since I cannot use the same card for a new account I am screwed. Do you use some kind of virtual reloadable card or for each account do you ask your bank for a new card? Also the name on the card needs to match the name on the adwords account?

i am having a similar issue nowadays, created 10 accounts with NEW AMAZON VPS, WEBSITE, BILLING. NO CLOAKING NO TRICKY ADS. sites which i used were digital marketing, pets grooming, plumbing services. new site for each account.
still got suspended for the reason circumventing system. WHAT CAN BE THE REASON????
