I had an Adwords account working for about a week. It kept getting put under review but I was able to get ads running. Until, they decided to suspend my account and say: "Your AdWords account is suspended - We've detected suspicious payments in your account." At that point I had payed a little over $3,000. Not a single payment was reversed and I was happy to keep my campaigns running.
I believe part of the problem was that I opened a second account with the same ads under a family members name in order to get around the 2-3 business day waiting period for their reviews.
They asked me to send a copy of the credit card statement so they could verify it was actually mine. I did exactly what they said, but after doing so I got an email stating: "Thanks for your continued patience during this process. We’ve confirmed that your account is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension."
I tried contacting them during the suspension, but they would not allow me to talk to them on the phone and would not give me anymore details via email.
After reading through this forum, I had a friend create a new account with a new address and I ran it out of a virtual machine with a VPN running. However, that account got suspended for "suspicious payments in your account", even though I never made a payment.
Finally I reached out to some people on Fiverr, but I have not had any luck so far. Do you have any advice on how I can get a non-suspended Adwords account?
